Production Advancing
Oversee all technical production aspects for private and corporate event performances, including band/artist audio, backline, staging, and lighting requirements. This involves coordinating with production and equipment suppliers and liaising directly with clients to ensure all technical needs are met.
Show File Creation
Develop and manage detailed show files for bands, ensuring all technical requirements are documented and communicated effectively.
Sound Engineer Coordination
Onboard and manage a pool of freelance Sound Engineers, track their availability, and schedule suitable Engineers for all events.
Technical Rider Management
Maintain and create comprehensive technical specifications for all artists and bands, ensuring clear sound, lighting, and staging guidelines.
Documentation Management
Keep a database of production companies, technical specifications, health & safety documents, risk assessments, and other essential documentation for the events team.
Client Relations
Engage with private and corporate clients alongside our booking team via phone and email, guiding them through technical performance requirements, advising on possibilities, and attending site visits when needed.
