You will play a pivotal role in the agency’s growth, leading the creative output from pitch through to delivery. Working closely with project teams, you will develop forward-thinking, sustainable concepts, copy, insights and visuals that demonstrate a deep understanding of client needs and result in standout live and experiential work. You will act as creative brand guardian, ensuring all output meets client brand guidelines and the agency’s quality standards. Responsibilities include leading concept development, creating compelling copy, mood visuals, 3D designs, spatial layouts and floorplans across experiential activations, pop-ups, venue takeovers, exhibitions, conferences and virtual environments. You will confidently pitch and sell ideas, taking clients on a clear and engaging creative journey. You will mentor and upskill the creative team, manage resourcing and freelancers, and oversee the creation of distinctive presentation templates. You will support internal agency work, stay ahead of industry and technological trends, evolve creative processes, and champion a collaborative, inclusive culture.
